Is the community plan really free? Are there any additional Fees?
Yes it's really free and there are no additional fees. You do have the option to buy paid job postings on sites like Monster and SimplyHired through SquareHire, but the software itself is free.
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No. Long term contracts are for services that want to trap customers who would otherwise cancel. No need for that with SquareHire. You can upgrade downgrade or cancel any time.
If I cancel do I lose access to my jobs and resumes?
No. If you cancel, your account is just downgraded to the free Community plan. You may not be able to enter new jobs or resumes into SquareHire, but you'll still have access all of your existing jobs and resumes.
What does Open Jobs mean?
Open jobs are those with a status of "Open". They are published to your company website and they are syndicated to a network of free job boards like SimplyHired and Glassdoor. Once you are no longer hiring for a job you can give it a status of "Closed". You can have an unlimited number of closed jobs on SquareHire, but the number of Open Jobs is determined by the service plan you choose.
How do you show open jobs on my company website?
You're in control of that. Every company gets their own SquareHire jobs page widget. This is a few lines of HTML that you (or your website administrator) can and paste into your company's website. Wherever you paste the widget you'll automatically display your open jobs from SquareHire.
How does the 60 day money back guarantee work?
When you sign up for any of the SquareHire paid service plans you have a 60 day period, starting on your signup date, during which you can cancel your account for any reason and receive a full refund for the monthy fees you've paid (up to 2 months). The money back guarantee does not include fees paid for job postings or third party services that are purchased through SquareHire. The 60 day money back guarantee is only available to new SquareHire users and is not available to repeat customers or users upgrading from the free Community plan.
